06.01.2022 Hi EVERYONE! I am going to be having a half an hour catch up with everyone that is keen on the 3rd of February at 6:30pm in front of the Suncorp Stadium. It is not going to be a session more just a catch up to have a talk to everyone about my boot camp and how it runs. I also want to speak to everyone about their GOALS and what they would like to achieve so we can work towards our individual goals. I will also have a medical form for people to fill out so I am aware of any injuries clients my have so that I can work the session into best suiting each person.
