04.01.2022 The TADACT team is over the moon to say the least. We were absolutely thrilled to have been awarded two awards at last Thursday's ACT Chief Minister's Inclusion... Awards. Volunteer, Bob Sawyer, was jointly awarded the Lifetime Achievement in Supporting People with Disability award. Bob has devoted more than 20 years to TADACT in a voluntary capacity, both as a board member and by providing IT support. His contribution to our organisation is invaluable, and we can't thank him enough. Bob shared the award with Jamelle Boettcher from Advocacy for Inclusion. TADACT was also a joint winner in the Excellence in Innovation, Design and Access category in conjunction with the ACT Parks and Conservation Service. This award recognises the amazing and extraordinary work completed by our fabulous volunteers on a daily basis. TADACT strives to enhance inclusion, dignity and independence for every single one of our clients, and this would just not be possible without the support and dedication to our 70-strong team of volunteers.... so thank you. The award was collected on the night by Graham Waite.
