25.01.2022 Australia Day action

24.01.2022 The Action Club and the Longriders Motor Cycle Group are raising money for Carries Place, a Centre set up to combat domestic violence and homelessness. Dr Peter is also providing free health checks. Come and check us out.

21.01.2022 The Action Club of Nelson Bay is at the LEGO display at Anna Bay School selling sausages on a roll. Raising funds for our local community.

21.01.2022 No fairy floss but lots of cakes and a medical check up. Our club does it all.

21.01.2022 A huge night at the Christmas Carols and a very big team into help. Thanks Ian Beck and Alison Beck for getting the trailer organised. We had a busy but fabulous night.

21.01.2022 A good meeting at the Peninsula Motel. We sorted out our commitments to Carols by the Bay and Tomaree Primary School Carols. We now have a new club sign and out Treasurer Pauline Gary Troon was presented with a $200 donation from Jo Holley. Thank you so much Jo. Come and join us at Carols at the Bay, December 9th at Neil Carroll Park.

15.01.2022 Club member Pauline Gary Troon enjoying the International Women’s Day luncheon yesterday. Pauline also spoke at yesterday’s BNI breakfast, seeking support for our Farmers To The Coast Project and she gained some support. Fantastic effort Pauline, well done.

09.01.2022 Action Club Christmas party last night. Great food great company and a surprise presentation to Gary and Pauline Troon who took up Craig Benjamin s idea of providing a break for struggling farmers in the Bay Area. We have had three farmer families so far with seven waiting in the wings. Pauline Gary Troon have ensured that each new farmer family were met, orientated to the area, shown their accomodation and even supplied some massage advice. Well done Gary and Pauline.

02.01.2022 Today we received a lovely email from our second farmer visitors. It says that "we wanted to send a quick note to express our sincere appreciation for your kind generosity in organising our time in Nelson Bay. We enjoyed our time and were overwhelmed with the Action Club's generosity. For the first time in a really long time, we were able to relax and enjoy each others company. Our lives, for the past few years has just revolved around the survival of our property and our liv...estock, which has taken its toll both emotionally and physically. So to get away and just have time to catch our breath and enjoy the sights of Nelson Bay was incredible. We also had the opportunity to meet with some lovely people which we hope to catch up to again in the future. So from the bottom of our hearts we thank you. J & R " How good is that response?
