05.01.2022 Hi everyone, hope you're doing well with whats happening in the world with COVID19. Thoughts go out to everyone who is affected. This has been a big process for everyone to slow down, adapt and embrace what we have. It might make us see what we might take for granted and how to do things differently into the future for a better healthy planet for us and future generations. Action Balance Massage has been closed since the end of March to avoid any risk to anyones health. Now R...emedial massage therapy has had the restriction to practice lifted by QLD government and has been included in the essential services. The home clinic will be open again, with limited spaces until Step 3, for anyone without cough/temperature/flu symptoms. Appointments will have more spacing between to allow for the home clinic to be cleaned with vigilant hygiene practices before every treatment. If you've had extra stress created from home schooling, working from home desk structure changes or just home exercise, Remedial Massage Therapy can help release muscle stress/tension.
