25.01.2022 2020 has been a tough year, so we want to encourage all of our teams to get together after your game, have a drink and a chat. It doesn't have to be in the centre, it can be anywhere. Just make sure you're showing your fellow team mates that they're appreciated. RUOK is a suicide prevention charity, but other issues such as Domestic Violence are on the rise in lock-down. You never know how this simple act of showing kindness, friendship and support will help.

Held at Action Indoor Sports Wynnum, the annual event featuring indoor cricket, netball and beach ...volleyball raises much needed funds for the Down Syndrome Association of Qld.
