21.01.2022 T R A N S F O R M A T I O N! Bianca has been doing Reformer Pilates twice a week for 6 months. Maintained a regular healthy diet with all her favourite things. Notice her improved posture and toned arms and body. Bianca says she feels healthy, strong and now pain free. Thats EVERYTHING! So excited for Bianca, lets keep the wins coming!

21.01.2022 Hope this message encourages you to start MOVING now and plan for 2020! Im Chloe, the owner and Pilates instructor at Activ8 Goals. As a child I competed in dance Nationally and Rhythmic Gymnastics Internationally. Like many athletes I had injuries; a fractured lower vertebrae, sprains, strains and the list continues. I stopped competing at 18yrs old and with the reduction in movement other aches and pains presented. For no explained reason I was diagnosed with Thoracic Out...let Syndrome (1st rib and collar bone squashed together compressing arteries, veins and nerves) at 21yrs old. 2 year later Ive had both my left and right 1st rib surgically removed. With a fantastic medical team, family/friends and amazing Pilates Instructors I function normally and with very well managed pain. As pathology shows I have a healed break in my lower back, scoliosis, an extra lower vertebrae and 2 resected ribs. I now move fearlessly, with strength and near to pain free! Dont be restricted by pain, pathology or any belief limitation - MOVE, live fearlessly and Activ8 YOU!!!!!!

14.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS Ellie! Ellie (Pictured) first goal was to split on her right leg. A few months of consistent conditioning on the Reformer and Ellie is comfortably down in right leg splits. Thursday 2.30pm - 7pm Saturday 8 - 2pm Qualifications: Certificate IV in Pilates, Certificate 111 in Dance, CSTD Teachers Certificate -Jazz Shanika grew up in South Africa and started dancing at the age of 3. Shanika has a lot of experience in many different dance styles, acrobatics and gymnastics. Shanika is passionate about teaching and works with a lot of children teaching dance. Shanika is currently doing a Diploma in Pilates and cant wait to share her knowledge in the industry. In 2020 she continues to teach dance and instruct Pilates.
