24.01.2022 Train to Christmas: 1 day out. Christmas eve. Cardio bike rides, 30k all up, then in the gym for some kettlebell swings and a workout. Lovely morning to be out and about. Now. We rest.
18.01.2022 Train to Christmas: 2 Days out. Strength work at the gym - back and legs, plus ab wheel rollouts and kettlebell farmer walks. Followed by some heavy bag rounds. I sanitized the bag afterwards.... not real sure it gets done very often. We are almost there!
