Please email [email protected] to secure your spot or for more information. ... Fitness sessions will be run at Mercedes College each Monday and Wednesday running from Sept 9th-Oct 30th. The 8 week program will involve fitness, skills, strength, conditioning and flexibility. We look forward to seeing you there

03.01.2022 To all in our FISAF Community, As you may know, we have been working hard on solutions to keep our 2020 competition season running, in light of COVID-19. Unfor...tunately, we are no longer able to hold any *live* events during May or June 2020. If you have made travel plans for this period, please use airline and accommodation offers to cancel/get credit vouchers while they are available. Regarding SUPER SERIES (originally scheduled for May) we have decided to change the dates and format to enable everyone to still be involved. We are creating an online competition format (i.e. via video submission or live stream - TBC), to be held during June. This is new for all of us, so to this end we feel that the best value for all athletes will be to change the structure of the competitions to be by Stream (i.e. School, Elementary, National, International), rather than by location. The great news about this is it enables us to provide all participants/teams with a national ranking, in addition to feedback, ahead of States. More information about dates, structure, and submission details will be provided soon. We are postponing our STATE, NATIONAL & FCC events to be later in the year (to be held in their usual format). Please know, we remain committed to delivering a successful season, so we are working on new dates for these events and will publish them as quickly as possible. The health and wellbeing of our community is of the utmost importance, so our decisions will ultimately be guided by government and health authorities as events unfold.
