16.01.2022 I feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to help people. My Monday Motivation: Recently i have been reflecting on my career..... Have i made the right decision? YES, is the answer! Here are just three reasons why: ... 1. Last week I received a txt the day after a 60min remedial treatment saying, "that was the first pain free sleep i have had in weeks, thank you." 2. Three years ago i was personal training a client that refused to get on the ground as they were scared and embarrassed that they may not get back up. Last week they attended a group session i was instructing. Internally i was beaming as i watched them do burpees, push ups and sit ups; all on the ground, outdoors and in front of people they now call friends. 3. Simple but it warms my heart; I have never personally worked one on one with this person but i was stopped as i walked past. They said "thank you for always being a breath of fresh air, your always smiling and so happy; whats your secret?" I replied "how can i not be happy when you give me comments like that!" We had a lovely chat and for the rest of the day i really couldn't stop smiling. Although same days i question where I'm at? what am i doing? have i achieved enough? The list goes on....... i have moments like these three above and i know that I'm making a positive impact in the world. Sometimes all it takes is a smile!
