18.01.2022 I’ve been doing lots of training sessions for lawyers ahead of the end of the CPD year. Yesterday was a great session for the Government Law Conference in Sydney on the lessons learned from COVID in managing contingent workers.

14.01.2022 The former chair of an ASX-listed business has filed a claim in the Federal Court last month alleging that he was constructively dismissed after raising concerns about management. The plaintiff claims that he made protected whistleblower disclosures to the company's secretary and general counsel about another director, and that the company victimised him in retaliation for the complaints. He also claims that the company subjected him to adverse action, in breach of the general protections provisions of the Fair Work Act. An interesting case to watch. https://lnkd.in/gZFaq2P
