22.01.2022 Wrist Roller . Simply have your arms in front of you and twist the pole so that the rope wraps around the pole slowly pulling the weight up . Do this in a controlled manner . If your shoulder hurt whilst doing this exercise just have your arms down instead. However this will reduce the height and rope you will be rolling up and your wrist does not extend as much upon rolling the pole . This will reduce the muscle stimulus in this exercise making the exercise easier. . C...hoose a weight you are comfortable with and do 3 rounds up and down and give yourself a break for 1-2 minutes and 3-4 sets. 15.01.2022 100kg 3 Push Presses and 2 Split Jerks For some reason I feel more comfortable doing pushpresses then split jerks. I think it is mobility issues.... What do you think I need to improve on. 12.01.2022 Super Proud of @thelivelylittlel for sending a Solid Split jerk to end off 2020. We had to deal with a few overhead instabilities, shoulder aches and pains.
