17.01.2022 Hi everyone! We now have Clinical Pilates and Postural Integration sessions happening every Monday night! What is Clinical Pilates about?... Clinical Pilates is built on the same principles of Pilates. it focuses on strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles to improve posture and give an overall workout. But clinical Pilates is slightly different, in that it comes with an instructor. Clinical Pilates specialists incorporate knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology with the concepts of Pilates exercise to establish an exercise program. We are offering group sessions of a maximum of 8 participants, for a duration of 45 min for beginners and 1h for intermediates. Or one on one sessions of 30 min. We are keeping it ultra affordable too!
