13.01.2022 Started a new client today. Haha!

11.01.2022 I have been working full time as an exercise physiologist for over 12 years now, daily I get asked what's the short cut secret to diet and exercise? The harsh truth is that there is none. Training daily takes time and motivation. Preparing nutritious food for your family is always going to be more timely than buying take away but it does not need to be expensive. Check out these 12 meals I made for $52.80, that's only $4.40 each. There are no tricks, an hour of exercise will always take an hour but I have found I'm saving time by preparing meals and snacks in bulk. Getting the kids involved in the cooking and your training also takes less time away from the family and fosters great habits in them too.
