23.01.2022 We have lost touch with who we are and how we want to live. It started at birth. From birth we are molded according to the #beliefs and ideals of others, and o...ur own potential is ignored. It needs immense courage to go your own way, leaving the crowd behind. The moment you do it you are taking responsibility for your #life in your own hands. #Osho reminds us that it is a step worth taking https://www.audible.com//Accepting-Myself-the-/B0182N74SW

22.01.2022 In this busy world try to remember to simply stop....watch your breath and enjoy this moment of life.

20.01.2022 Try everyday to look at all situations in life with non judgmental awareness. Watch your likes and dislikes, good and bad as mind productions to watch and with no identification. #activemeditationaustralia #khojiart #easystool #sushinecoastmeditation.#meditation #meditationaustralia

12.01.2022 Working out social media is a challenge but sharing is the new black.

11.01.2022 Let go of your identification of thoughts that you think you are. The mind gathers ideas and images to prop up your "identity". Practice watching the breath in this moment totally and these mind projections slip away.

10.01.2022 Because they have no high Opinions of themselves, The sages’ minds are luminous; Not caring for status, They become illustrious;... Being without pride, They achieve success; Unassertive, they are supreme. Because they do not contend, No one contends with them. Lao-tzu See more

05.01.2022 Thank you Chris Borret for this great video. K explains what the Taoist call bringing the bull back by the horns. The moment of awareness that you are aware of your train of thought and bring yourself back to the now. The practise of attentive inattention.

04.01.2022 Thanks Chris Borret for this great explanation for meditators starting their inner journey. A few pointers as in -The body needs movement Our modern sedentary lifestyle means we are likely to sit for many hours per day. That’s unnatural, it’s not good for health and it doesn’t help in meditation. If the body is static, the mind will be even more active. So it’s crucial to incorporate body movement into a meditation practice and avoid starting meditation with sitting still.... The mind needs relaxation We live in the most stressful time in history. Our minds are constantly stimulated and all our energies are used up by mind activities. So when we attempt Mindfulness, which requires focus and concentration, it may be counter-productive. Better to start meditation with some sort of body activity to release mental pressure and shift the energy from the mind back to the body. Emotions need expression People nowadays are overwhelmed, so much so that they can easily blow up for petty reasons. Repressed emotions become uncontrollable and can manifest in dangerous ways. We are sitting on a volcano ready to explode. And negative emotions are a contributing factor to health issues. So before meditating, we need to express emotions and unload the burden so that it will be much more natural and easy to relax and be aware. Energy needs balance Most people feel drained and chronically low on energy. Others are hyperactive. Meditation is about being energetic but not neurotic, vibrant but relaxed. It’s just pointless to sit in meditation if the energy is not balanced. Either you fall asleep or you fidget. So start meditation by moving your energy, let it flow and re-establish its natural course, and only then it will be possible to settle down and find inner balance. Meditation has to be fun Meditation is not a serious affair. Incorporate dance and celebrate as part of your meditation practice, it will make the whole process lighter, more enjoyable and easier. Meditation doesn’t have to be about struggling with your wandering mind and loss of focus. Move your body, relax your mind, dance, laugh and then meditate. Enjoy it! See more

02.01.2022 Great video Reaffirming that regular meditation and active attention to your inner world does change neural pathways that can bring you into a present world instead of the past/future mind/thought emotion game. What do you think Chris Borrett, Osho would have said no mind,
