We have had many calls from worried clients recently wondering if settlement of their matter will still be able to take place in a lockdown scenario. We are very pleased to be able to put their mind at ease. ... As of 1 July 2019, electronic settlements (or E-Conveyancing) became mandatory in NSW. This means that your Conveyancer should still be able to settle your matter if a lockdown were to occur. 10.01.2022 *BREAKING NEWS* The Reserve Bank of Australia has cut interest rates for the first time in almost three years. The cash interest rate has been moved from 1.5 per cent to 1.25 per cent.... It is the first time interest rates have changed since they dropped from 1.75 per cent to 1.5 per cent in August 2016.

Lauren has seen first hand the devastation the fires and now floods have caused Lake Conjola so we wanted to donate $10.00 from every settlement in February to this cause. We have also just made further donations to our charities that we support at Active Property Conveyancing. The totals now come to: 1. Foster Care Angels - $1,030.00... 2. Alzheimers Foundation Australia - $1,840.00 3. Beyondblue - $2,960.00 4. Friends of the Trust Respite House - $690.00 5. Kidzwish Foundation - $1,820.00 6. Leukeamia Foundation - $230.00 To date we have raised $9,070.00 to these local charities.

04.01.2022 We are deeply saddened by the recent devestation caused by bush fires, especially in the Lake Conjola and Shoalhaven areas. For the month of February, Active Property Conveyancing will be donating $10.00 for every settlement that takes place. This money will be directly donated to the Mayoral Fund at the Shoalhaven City Council....
