20.01.2022 Tam's Challenge kicking off in FEB. For January, we will be running introductory classes, giving you a chance to see if its for you, FREE for Members, January only. 20.01.2022 We are OPENING.......again. Gym and Group Fitness classes are now back and ready for your booking. There are some minor changes implemented to adhere to new Covid restrictions. We ask every one remember to maintain 1.5m social distancing, the use of full sized towels on all equipment and wiping of all equipment when you are finished.... WELCOME BACK (sports have not been cleared for resumption, we will keep you updated as this changes)

17.01.2022 Don't forget, our December give away is still in play. Week 1 is done and hopefully you all fulfilled the requirements to be eligible. If you did, you have to do the same for week 2. Here is a reminder of the conditions - 1) Be a current Active8 Member 2) Complete 1 Gym session or Fitness Class each of the 2 weeks. 3) Complete either 1 Fitness on Demand Instructor or Virtual Class, or 1 FLEX workout. This must be completed each of the 2 weeks. 4) This is run over 2 weeks, week 1 starting Sunday 29th Nov, week 2 starting Sunday 6th December.
