Losing weight slowly and consistently will give your body time to adapt to the internal changes that occur, such as hormonal variations, and promotes a safe way of losing weight. Always remember, it takes longer to lose weight than it does to gain it. #2 It’s about adding more in, not restricting yourself Add healthy options into your diet, rather than restricting the unhealthy foods you currently ...consume. #3 Life-long changes All too often, people start diets which cut out next to everything their body is used to. We’re here to tell you that this is not how to do it. Every little change you make, should be something you know and are able to stick to for the rest of your life. #4 Your weight loss journey is an individual one. What works for someone else may not work for you. So try a few different approaches e.g intermittent fasting (Think 5/2 diet), ketogenic diet, reduced portion sizes etc. And most importantly what you think you can stick to long term. Consistency is key. #5 Get your body moving. You must choose activities that you enjoy, also do not be scared of doing some weight training. You will not build massive muscles!
