24.01.2022 If you've ever wondered why I became a coach, have a little watch of this video about an extraordinary man, Willie Dunne. He was MY running coach from the age of 15-20 and not only did he coach running, he instilled a beautiful sense of what it is to be a good person in all that came through Donore Harriers. It's 60 years since Willie ran for Ireland in the Rome Olympics and by all accounts he's still running around Dublin.

The sessions will be approximately an hour long and aimed at athletes wanting to improve their 70m - 800m times or to add a 'kick' to their longer events. This is targeted at young athletes aiming for PSSA, IPSHA, Little Athletics State and similar qualifying marks. ... Athletes must have been born before 1st February 2013 and are expected to have a willingness to train. Ages 8 up to 17 years can be catered for.
