This will remain important before children graduate to their next academic stage. This also applies to their Gross Motor Development milestones.... The signs to look out for in Children with gross motor difficulties: AVOIDANCE- general disinterest in physical tasks ACTING SILLY - to mask a physical task they find challenging RUSHING- performing physical tasks to mask difficulty or fatigue BOSSY- telling others how to do the physical task or play the game to deflect from themselves without actively engaging themself

06.01.2022 Summer & Hydration It is important to replace water lost throughout the day in body regulation to prevent dehydration. Particularly in this warm weather. For children at least 4-6 glasses of water is recommended. Active FunFit Kidz need even more!... Water is best! And this also protects the teeth @healthykidsau Tips for kids who dont like water Try adding slices of fruits such as lemon or orange to water, for variety and flavour. Let your kids choose their own drink bottle or serve water in colourful glasses or jugs. Be a role model! Make a point of drinking water with your kids (like @activebeginningsau do! ) Experiment with temperature ; try having a jug of water in the fridge, adding ice-cubes , or even warm water in winter. @ Sydney, Australia
