24.01.2022 ACTIVE FARMERS!! ITS BREAK TIME 10th - 14th there will be live ZOOM meetings every morning at 6:30am while I attend TAFE for 1 week to keep on top of my education, these sessions will be recorded and available on the private online page; message me if you want in.... 17th - 21st I will be taking a break and spending some time with Madison Arnatt WE RETURN THE 24th!! All sessions will recommence and I will resetting all the training so if you are looking at just beginning you fitness journey or want to jump back on the boat, this is a great time to do so!! We will be running through form and starting off easy and work out way back up! I am super exciting and train with all and will miss you while I’m away
