14.01.2022 **6 week Challenge** Information: 6 week Package Prices (save money!)... 1x face-to-face session: $110 1x face-to-face + online $160 Unlimited face-to-face: $200 Unlimited face-to-face & online: $225 Unlimited online only: $ 50 Scans: $5 each Come in early next week for a scan if you want to track your progress or you may just want to focus on your health a little bit more for the next 6 weeks with the support of a great group of likeminded individuals!! I recommend increasing your session attendance, this could be possible by trying the Monday Zoom live sessions or organising to go for a walk with family or friends. Also we could look at eating a little bit cleaner PAYMENT CHANGE - I will be moving to Card and Cash only. I always have my card machine and change for cash. 10.01.2022 On the 31st of October the Bremer Bay pub is having a halloween party/ birthday party as they turn 31 years old on the 31st! what a great opportunity to join in the festivals which include live music than to earn that drink with a FREE active farmers session before you kick off!! G'day Active Farmers from all round the Great Southern! Last year we had an amazing Christmas party down at Bremer Bay, check out the video! Its been a pretty crazy year and there is sooo much on! b...ut if you can i would love to see you again down in Bremer Bay for a Day of Activities/ free workout followed by some shenanigans at the Pub! 31st of October!! Last year could not have gone ahead without the fantastic team at Active Farmers, Elders Borden and so many other fantastic people that made it happen!! So if you can i would love to see you there!! ITS BREAK TIME 10th - 14th there will be live ZOOM meetings every morning at 6:30am while I attend TAFE for 1 week to keep on top of my education, these sessions will be recorded and available on the private online page; message me if you want in.... 17th - 21st I will be taking a break and spending some time with Madison Arnatt WE RETURN THE 24th!! All sessions will recommence and I will resetting all the training so if you are looking at just beginning you fitness journey or want to jump back on the boat, this is a great time to do so!! We will be running through form and starting off easy and work out way back up! I am super exciting and train with all and will miss you while I’m away

NO FACE-to-FACE CLASSES I will be running live Zoom sessions every morning at 6:30am (inbox me fore details), however there will be no classes this week as I have to keep on top of my studies and attend TAFE for the week. Apologies, however after this week will will have 5 weeks straight to kick butt!! Well done to all the sporting teams that competed over the year, saw some amazing finals, have a rest and think about maintaining/ improving your performance and health for next year by attending Active Farmers!!
