25.01.2022 Para-Taekwondo is now a Paralympic Sport...Tokyo Japan 2020. 5 years away its time to get training...spread the word and invite friends to jew challenges...in 5 years one of your class mates could be there !

24.01.2022 Back to training this week for Term 2 training.

22.01.2022 Training is on tonight, I'm bringing hand out to remind everyone of the activities and changes over the next couple of weeks. This hand out will include info on : - our two nights off, 16th & 23rd - laser tag, - term 2 fees - assessment & grading.

22.01.2022 Children need outlets to express themselves. As adults can articulate their day and frustration, children often struggle and need an outlet which is supportive, fun and allows them to achieve as individuals but also as a community.

18.01.2022 School Term 1 is coming to an end and while families enjoy the break including Easter, I will be keeping in shape with the University of Newcastle Taekwondo Classes.

17.01.2022 This week is our last class this term. We will have a two week break and return the 16th of July.

This term we will be doing board breaking, challenge games, a grading and trying out new gear for our junior dragons.
