25.01.2022 Feeling shoulder pain? It could be caused by an active Myofascial Trigger Point. Muscles with active trigger points appear tight and weak restricting your range of motion and sensitivity to stretch. So instead of stretching use a trigger point ball or massage ball to release the back of the shoulder joint. You can do this against the wall like our Physio Ken is doing or on the floor to add more pressure! TIP: Hold each spot for 30 seconds. It will hurt! But your shoulder will thank you later
