21.01.2022 Fantastic to see so much support at the Inaugural MJD Foundation Charity Golf Day on Saturday with over $15,000 raised. This money will fund a Turney for the MJ...D Foundation car that will enable ease of access for clients with disability. Thanks to the Alyangula Golf Club Committee, sponsors and participants for such an amazing day! The support was unbelievable. We conducted over 60 free consults, ran a 1 day introductory strapping course to sports trainers in the National Rugby League Competition and showcased our range of rehab equipment including Defibrillators and the Game Ready Ice Machines

It's really important to have good shoulder strength and movement control, particularly with repetitive overhead activities like tennis, golf, swimming and certain tradespeople. A lack of shoulder strength and control can increase the likelihood of impingement leading to Bursitis and Tendon issues to your rotator cuff....
