23.01.2022 Weekend continued to be special with a lunch with two talented women ; the photographer a student of MARTHA GRAHAM (contemporary Dance New York) and Dana : my friend and the woman who has trained me years ago to be the first physiotherapist in Australia trained in GYROTONIC, and later in the use of specialized equipment: Leg Extensor Unit and Jumping Stretching Board.

21.01.2022 Its been the first time in 9 years that I havent worked for the Australian Cricket Team: Christmas has been more relaxed for me but I look back proudly - my work has been appreciated by some tremendous champions from the era of Clarke and Watson, Johnsons rebirth, Harris, the Marshs and current stars Steve Smith, Warner, Mitchell Starc Pat Cummins. I have always found the Australian Cricketers very professional and respectful athletes - Helping the team in Sydney in 2014 when we won the Ashes was a highlight. Go Aussies.

12.01.2022 ACL rehab soccer : He was able to build quad bulk quicker than I could imagine but being mindful that he might train unevenly with squats in the gym I introduced Bosu squats with variations to challenge him : It is my preference, not everyones, to retrain this way; but muscle imbalances and compensatory movement patterns could place a soccer player at risk of groin injuries. The last thing he would want when he returns to his sport is another lengthy rehab. THINK OF THE INDIVIDUAL, CHALLENGE THEM CONSIDERING THE INJURY HEALING, THINK OF THEIR SPORTING GOALS
