19.01.2022 We have always been a team that likes to give back and help others. We have changed our giving projects to be focused on one charity, event or fundraiser each month. What happens is we donate an amount of money for every new patient/or treatment for the month. In November it was Movember. December is the Cancer Council (Active has a team in the longest day golfing challenge). BUT we are looking to have you help us select one for January. If you know of someone in need send us a private message or comment below to help us help them.

07.01.2022 Continuing on from the shoulder blog is the last exercise incorporated as a warm up and can replicate the throwing action. This winds up the shoulder into a more vulnerable position in a controlled environment prior to overhead sports.
