14.01.2022 Ive been teaching Pilates since 2011. I was inspired to take on teaching career by my friend Melinda Moses. She was a Pilates and yoga teacher in Sydney. Mel asked me to take on her classes when she was on holiday. I was a bit sceptical, but I was also curious. I agreed to teach three classes per week for a month, and I was hooked. Mel came back from holiday, and I signed up for the Pilates - Mat qualification with Polestar, Australia. Last night, we were focusing on gluteus workout and hip flexors stretch. The reason being that if your hip flexors are not happy it can cause tightness in your body.
