10.01.2022 Couple of update pics for the second bathroom and laundry. Thinking of making the long laundry into a kitchenette so the downstairs could be self contained.

10.01.2022 First walkthrough of our new place in Greenslopes. Will be a bit of a challenge getting through the list before Christmas but we will give it a shot.

10.01.2022 Updates for the past week. Plenty of action next week with the kitchen going in and main bathroom plumbing rough in.

07.01.2022 Our property at Rangeville is back on the market. Great job by Michelle at Casa Modello styling - has really accentuated the many features in the house. First open this weekend with the auction on Sat 15th Sept.

06.01.2022 New steel I beam 7.2m long is now up. Weighing in at 250kg, it took 4 removalists to get it inside then a lifter to get it up. Opens up the back of the house nicely.

05.01.2022 Close to finished on the kitchen install. Main bathroom also coming along. Tiling will be finished this week.

04.01.2022 The latest project is on the market.

03.01.2022 Upstairs painting and floors done. Carpet to go into the bedrooms this week.

02.01.2022 Lots happening this week with downstairs plumbing for second bathroom, deck demo and new front door.
