24.01.2022 Saturn moves direct ! September 29th, late in the afternoon, Saturn stations direct and then moves onward in his journey in the sky. I have Saturn conjunct my Sun in my natal chart, so I am becoming more and more familiar with his lessons and mastery, his demands and focus, his duty and responsibility. ... However, I feel, like most of us, we are ready for some forward motion in regards to what has limited us, restricted us or even created fear within us. With this recent influence of Saturn having been in retrograde, we have had the opportunity to re visit and re integrate where we have not been the master of ourselves or governed our own boundaries. Forrest Often I have tentative clients admit that they usually shy away from personalised Astrology as they don’t want ‘fortune telling’ and desire to be in charge of there own path.... In evolutionary Astrology, there is just that - a pure invitation to follow your own path - but with empowerment.... How we choose to navigate and walk our human path is always up to us...what knowledge we gather along the way to support our lifelong trek, defines how well we evolve. Planets are teachers. Signs are energetic frequencies. Houses are terrains in which learnings may occur. Each in isolation has limiting influence - but when combined in context - powerful self mastery and understanding can take place. We always have choice. 18.01.2022 When nature reminds you of perspective...a little personal lesson and story.... In my food forest of a garden I am always wandering, observing, trimming, admiring, watching, weeding and planning what needs attention or removal or replanting. I had been meaning for days to cut back my Dill that had gone to seed and flowered to make way for another summer herb.... As I was about to ‘make the first snip’ I noticed not one but multiple lady bugs at home in the stems. Yellow, red AND orange lady bugs - some fossicking, some resting some chasing food...quite the delightful micro world. From my perspective, here was a plant that had ‘run it’s course’ and was ready for the compost. From nature’s perspective, this was a plant teaming with life and home to amazing beneficial bugs in my garden. Perspective in our world is everything...it is the lens in which we can alter our personal trajectory of thought, response and action. It is the way in which we can choose to see scenario, emotions, circumstance and events from a wider viewpoint. It allows us to step into a higher realm to access insight and true knowing. Nature as always, the master teacher and guru - with free and wise guidance right under our noses. 18.01.2022 In just over a months time I will be slowing down to a gentler pace...a space where time will have little meaning, days will be warm and long and going with the flow will be my only objective. 09.01.2022 I have always been a devoted and passionate advocate for practising what I preach. If I suggest or support a client in an area of their life - chances are I’ve had a long, deep dive into that part of my world too. A huge part of my work and offering is encouraging people to come home to themselves, find joy, soften into their heart space and allow their path to lead them from that higher plane. To walk their cosmic contract with purpose and empowerment. ... We spend much of our lives in our heads....and not enough in our hearts. Cultivating joy and peace from within is the essence of living. Being creative is a significant part of that and we are all gifted in some way to access the creative flow. In whatever form that takes. Our hands being an extension of our hearts... 08.01.2022 This morning I had a beautiful conversation / healing / guidance session with a lovely client about pain and joy... for her pain is an ongoing and gruelling challenge. We discussed, what could she cultivate from within to soothe the discomfort like a balm on a burn...? Could joy be an elixir for pain?... If we knew our pain, it’s patterns, causes, triggers and underlying messages - could joy be an antidote? I have pondered.... and decided yes! If we leant into joy, choosing daily to match its frequency in activities and choices, I believe it’s possible to experience our ‘living form’ from a different place. What if, as a daily ritual we tuned into our heart - the center of joy - and asked what it required to maximise the joy frequency? What could we do in that moment, hour or day to harmonise with the ‘joy current’? If we gave ourselves permission to infuse joy, real authentic individuated joy, into our days - surely our body, mind, soul and spirit would elevate... Perhaps it’s a ripe time, as the world changes, if we give ourselves the acceptance to change too. To make a list of all the things we find joyful, things that light up our heart and bring a smile to our face and then incorporate them into our every day... I feel, pain then wouldn’t have too much wriggle room to consume and override our physical being... Who knows? But it’s worth a try! 04.01.2022 Coming home to ourselves... A lifelong journey back to the seed of wisdom, authenticity and empowerment in which we emerged from. A journey of remembering the unfiltered, raw and individuated spark of who we truly are.... Pre conformity, pre social expectations and pre external validation and approval. The deeper the dive within, and via each dark night of the soul - our light and glow cracks open a little more - reminding us of our inner most scared home in our heart. Not always an effortless, easy, joyful or pain free process - but the expanse of calm, self love, balance and groundedness that welcomes us on the other side is pure light. 02.01.2022 ‘ I’m so happy I’m not for everyone.’ @maryamhasnaa In the year that has been to date, there has been an accelerated rate of growth and awakening on a deeply personal and collective level. I myself have pondered over the following sentence I wrote after a recent meditation...... What if being unique & authentic meant belonging to yourself wholeheartedly but limited your community security? I’ve queried - Does herd approval leak our power whilst inner security blooms genuine, wisdom and balance from a centred self. If we stay small and safe, abide by rules of behaviour patterning and follow what’s expected - we feel ‘societally secure.’ The cost being our own empowerment. To choose ‘you’ - in place of outer acceptance, to blossom and reveal your rawest and most self assured energy is inspired....but will more than likely lead to initial loss. Loss of people and places who no longer ‘understand you’... - but what you gain is enlightened selfullness. A leap on your evolutionary journey and a home coming to your spirit, soul and heart where you can do your true work here on the earth. In whatever guise that takes. There is no more time for creating from ourselves what we think we should be or become or behave. The world is waking up to a whole new time and the only validation, reputation and belonging you need to concern yourself with - is that with yourself. No pioneer or leader ever came to be inspiring by being liked or approved of.... Self Truth. Heart based joy. Personal boundaries. No self apologies. Inner faith.
