25.01.2022 Yesterday Helen excitedly hit a new PB on the Legpress of 176.9kgs!!! She has been working so hard at her training and the results are really starting to show. Helen's big goal is to hit 200gs and she is so close but for now we are focusing on ensuring stability and active muscle engagement. Well done Helen!!
