16.01.2022 4 WEEK WELLBEING KICKSTARTER When it comes to your health it’s the small daily things the keep us feeling well. These are some of the things on my daily checklist for June. Nothing ground breaking but I know as life gets busier it’s these simple things that fall off my radar. When I’m busy I sacrifice sleep for work, so I have less energy for workouts and less motivation to cook healthy meals. It can quickly become a downward spiral!... So join me and write up your own personal checklist for June! TIP: Focus on what your ADDING not what you’re avoiding. E.g instead of no sugar/processed food write that you want to have 5 serves of veggies and 2 servings of fruit as your daily. When you add the things that make you feel good there won’t be much room for the other stuff

07.01.2022 Presenting our new schedule for lockdown 2.0 for the month of July! Monday's Instagram live class will be FREE every week! All other sessions will be via Zoom and you can pay for sessions as you go, just send a DM to book your spot. All classes are 45mins and full class descriptions can be found on our website: www.activetribe.com.au... Zoom classes are a great way to feel connected while feeling safe at home. Set times mean you have accountability to show up and do the workout. You can see and speak to the group of people you're training with and I can watch your form and ensure you're moving safely throughout the session.
