You will also connect in a women's circle with other like minded pregnant mama's. 15.01.2022 Adult classes are back after our 2 week break! Kicking it off with our JFH COMBO CLASS on Tuesday at 5:45-6:30pm. Want to have a boogie during the week? Come learn a new combo each fortnight with Brooklyn. Think body rolls, bangers and all the laughs! Never danced before? No problems! Although this fast paced class is best for people who have danced before, anyone is welcome as long as you come with an open mind and a desire to learn something new.

From events, birthdays, gifts or weekend platters, they can create whatever you need! 04.01.2022 ACTIVE TRIBE STUDIO - it makes me so proud to see what ATS has become and what i hope it will become in the future. My mission was to provide a space for all ages where the wellness of your mind and body could thrive, grow and heal. I still have so many goals to achieve before fully reaching this mission! But I would love to thank you all for coming on this journey with myself and my staff, and for inspiring me everyday! WHAT I WOULD LOVE AT THE STUDIO ... - I would love to provide a space for small businesses who don't have a space of their own. If you are a yoga or pilates instructor or something else, please reach out! - I would love to grow our adults program, and have many more adult classes a week! - I would love to continue to grow our kids classes and continue to provide a fun, nurturing environment that inspires their confidence to grow! - I would love to have more bubs classes and even ones with mums and bubbas too! - I would love to host more dance workshops, and wellness events!
