23.01.2022 One of our Guides was so keen, he made the drive up to the Daintree earlier this week. And he was rewarded with an up close encounter with a male Cassowary and 2 beautiful chicks. Theres no better way to see the rainforest than in the rain!

20.01.2022 After last nights Government announcement we are unfortunately, having to suspend all tour operations for the foreseeable future, starting tomorrow 24th March 2020. With restrictions and rules regarding social distancing coming in today, were just not able to run bus tours and abide by these strict laws to ensure our passengers have the required amount of space. Tours are also considered as non-essential travel. To try and stop the spread of Covid-19 we will be abiding b...y these restrictions, the decision is out of our hands. We advise concerned customers to contact their agents and for direct and website bookings to get in touch with our office by email on [email protected] or phone on (07) 4031 4360 to open-date or cancel any bookings. Please have our booking reference ready. Cairns Adventure Group and Active Tropics Explorer just want to assure all of you that although we are suspending tour operations for now, we will most certainly be re-opening as soon as were able to run our tours safely. Although we dont have an end date in sight yet- we will be back! Our office will have limited opening hours but were still here and will be answering emails as and when we can.
