Through the COVID season, I was continually urging people to look to innovation rather than just adaptation, but in the back of my mind were 2 nagging thoughts: - many leaders actually don’t know how to innovate, and - where can leaders go to learn how to do so.... Innovation should be by design rather than by accident. When we learn to innovate by design, a whole new realm of possibilities will open to us.
