20.01.2022 The Richard & Michael having a great day on the opening day of STA on the Gold Coast. Relaxing, fishing and feeding the ducks and swans were the order of the day.

The Handbags that have been collected from generous people have been distributed in several areas, villages and organizations like WARWICK, DALBY, ROMA, CLUBHOUSE, YOUTH CENTRE, DVAC, DASIY HOUSE, BRACKER HOUSE, YWCA, MIFQ & ADA. In addition to the displaced, poor and needy women. So, on behalf of all women who received Handbags filled with personal care items Actscare would like to say thank you very much for your kindness and generous donations.

16.01.2022 The guys had a terrific day at Sea World! Oscar, Michael, Brendon & Claudi visited the sharks, penguins, patted stingrays and enjoyed the seal and dolphin shows. 04.01.2022 Actscare Housing works closely with service providers with the same goal, to support the independence of our residents. We encourage involvement from outside services and organisations as well as regular visits from family and friends. Our residents are encouraged to develop relationships with their case managers, service providers and fellow house mates and are encouraged to be involved in programs that enhance their life or develop relationships including art and craft activities, fishing trips, library visits and involvement in the community. 02.01.2022 Relaxing Friday with 3 of our residents enjoying the GC life.

01.01.2022 Last Saturday we took a load of our Residents out to Darling Down Zoo out at Pilton. It was a pretty overcast day with sporadic showers but that didn't dampen the enjoyment or fun at all. Everybody there enjoyed the day watching the lions being fed, baboons playing up and monkeys being monkeys. It was not so hot so everyone enjoyed the walk . We stopped for lunch and then returned to Toowoomba and Crows Nest via a scenic drive through MaMa Creek and Gatton.
