Tim, determined to get back into his training regime and lose some unwanted pandemic weight, reached out to Michael Yarnold and Aaron Moore (pictured) immediately once Gyms were allowed to re-open. ... Tim's growth minded approach to training sessions, is what Aaron and Michael say has contributed to his recent results. Tim also works in hospitality as a chef and is constantly surrounded by great food (ones that might not agree with his calorie allowance) yet he manages to control when to indulge and when to not. 07.01.2022 Actual Fitness has a small group of clients and trainers participating in the Push Up Challenge. The challenge is for each participant to complete 3,046 push-ups over 21 days. Each of the 3,046 push ups, represent an Australian who committed suicide in 2018. On average, that was 9 Australians per day. ... We all at some point can experience challenges with our own Mental health. Doubt, fear, procrastination, anxiety and negative self talk are some examples of this. We are taking this precaution in the best interests of our training community, particularly this close to the holiday season. May I also take this opportunity to remind all clients (wherever they live) that they should not attend the studio at any time, if they are experiencing any COVID symptoms. If you were due to train in the studio this week and are now unable to attend, please let your trainer know immediately. As we have done throughout the pandemic, we are able to continue providing your training experience online.
