22.01.2022 Hello all you low and slow BBQ'ers. We just want to thank the person who rang to check that our business was doing things by the book. Happy to report that yes, we are a registered company with insurance. As wholesalers not processors we don't need any registrations with safe-food QLD. We thank you for keeping people honest and safe!!! Our business started because we wanted to bring low and slow meat direct to the consumer for a lower price that we could find - we were not ...happy paying premium $25+ per kilo for good grass fed brisket that we should be able to get for less than $20 per kilo. Dealing direct and not having over heads is how we bring it to you at a lower price. We are not trying to put anyone out of business and we still buy from our local butchers and meat farmers.
