05.01.2022 There seems to be a lot of pressure to be "productive" during this lockdown... but just remember how important self-care is during this time. With so much uncertainty, constant and daily change about what we can and can't do, this is also a time of significant adjustment, struggle and grief. Yes, our lives look different at the moment and they will for a while. Yes, many people have more time on their hands than they ever have before... but to have expectations of yourself to... be at your peak in terms of productivity levels would be unfair and quite simply unrealistic. Take it easy, be gentle with yourself and stay safe. If you or someone you know is struggling to manage their mental health, feel free to give us a call on (03) 8595 3047 or contact us at [email protected]. We can now support you from ANY location within Australia via Telehealth with our online and phone consults! We're in this together. Reach out.

01.01.2022 Lovely Melbourne local Mum, @Nicola Labuschagne has created this book to help her daughter understand why we have to stay inside at the moment. It's a beautiful read. It's challenging to help children understand why life has to change so much right now, but we hope this is helpful for your family. Shared with the authors permission.
