11.01.2022 This is me holding a beautiful acupressure point (Kidney1) on my daughters foot at 10pm. Some nights these days she’s been having a hard time falling asleep, adjusting to our new reality. This point helps bring energy away from the head and calm a busy mind, grounding and stabilising through our natural connection to the earth.
