14.01.2022 After being alerted by the concerned staff and volunteers about the state of Oval No.5 at Bonbeach YCW Junior Sports Club Pat Tilley for Kingston and I went down to see it for ourselves. As you can tell, the ground has major drainage issues (among other problems) and is completely unfit for use. With cricket season hopefully starting soon, the ground needs to be ready for use - and at a time when our sports clubs are hurting the most, it's important that the facilities are ...safe to be enjoyed so local kids and communities are encouraged to get back into group sport. Working with local authorities and with the help of Cr Oxley, Pat and I have managed to address some of the immediate issues and (subject to COVID restrictions easing) training can now begin on time. If Pat or I are elected to the next Council, we are committed to a long term action plan that will bring the ground up to code and make sure it stays that way.

13.01.2022 These two pillars of the community are my grandparents. Don and Barb moved to Bonbeach in 1958. Back then, their house was one of only five on the street and it's been their home ever since as they've watched the local community, along with new generations of our family grow. One of the reasons I wanted to run for council, is to ensure my grandparents and their neighbours keep having access to the services they rely on.

12.01.2022 Ballots hit mailboxes from the 7th of October, make sure you use your vote to rebuild our community. I've spent the last few days speaking with residents. It's so inspiring to see how many people have changed and innovated in response to the challenges of the past few months. I know together we can make Kingston better than it was before!

11.01.2022 Campaign signs just arrived and I couldn't be happier with the result. Apologies in advance, because you're going to be seeing a lot more of my face around the neighbourhood! If anyone in Bonbeach, Carrum and Patterson Lakes could host one on their front fence, I would appreciate it. Please get in touch, the signs can be installed and remove in a COVID safe way.... 11.01.2022 It's been a challenging year for our community, but it's time to get Kingston back on it's feet!

07.01.2022 Democracy is definitely essential! Today I officially nominated as a candidate to be the first Councilor for Banksia ward. I couldn't be happier with the response from everyone so far, it's been great to chat with so many passionate residents about the issues facing our community and today we're one step closer to a thriving Kingston.

01.01.2022 Our City, like so many places, has been through a lot this year. As I speak with more and more residents I hear stories of the hardships we have faced. Despite this, I'm so inspired to see how our people and businesses have changed and innovated to meet these challenges. Kingston needs bold ideas to restore our once-thriving economy. If elected, I will work to establish a Kingston Innovation Hub. The hub will connect our small business owners and entrepreneurs with investors and mentors, to help them grow their businesses and explore new ideas.
