25.01.2022 First market day. Having a rethink about what to focus on. Good lessons learnt, like the wind is big issue at the jetty, most of the time. Might ditch the acupuncture and focus on the herbs. The wind destroys the walls on my two private rooms. Too dangerous for moxa.

24.01.2022 10 day silent retreats online!

23.01.2022 I commend Dr Alex on his recently published book. A must read for all doctor’s and health professionals alike. It shows the effectiveness of acupuncture with mental health issues. Not only is he well practiced in acupuncture but has conducted his own clinical studies and scale measure to prove what acupuncturists already know. It works, naturally!

23.01.2022 Interesting qi gong therapy!

23.01.2022 4 corners latest episode on Opiods and big pharma. The corruption and profits before People. And the doctors who are apart of the corruption putting money before patients welfare. There are a few great doctors out there like Dr Alex Joannou and Dr Rosie Ross from Northside health, Coffs harbour, The jetty. Dr Alex has recently released a book called stick it to depression. We’re he offers an alternatives to pain relief and the supporting evidence for acupuncture. He also ...conducts long term studies in his practice, using acupuncture to treat Anxiety and Depresion, of which I have been apart off. This is not a profeetering exercise but attempts to educate his colleagues on the alternatives to pain relief, Anxiety and Depresion. Hopefully getting GP s to refer to Registered Acupnuctusts nationally. The book can be purchased at Chinabooks Sydney, or Amazon. or pop into Northside healthand get it over the counter for $25. 09.01.2022 A Rare Glimpse of the People of High Himalaya - photo. Eric Valli French photographer and film director ric Valli holds a special place in his heart for th...e Himalayas. The range is home to some of the planet’s highest peaks, including the highest, Mount Everest. The Himalayas cross over five countries: Bhutan, India, Nepal, China, and Pakistan, with the first three countries having sovereignty over most of the range. Valli spent most of his career as a geographical photographer working for National Geographic Magazine and The Sunday Times, capturing many inaccessible locations in the world on camera. He is an expert on the Himalaya Mountains, and in 1999 directed the adventure film Himalaya, about survival in the Himalayas. The film was nominated for a Best Foreign Film Award at the Oscars. The photographs that Valli takes transport us to a region of the world that most of us will never visit. While the images give us a small peak into the lives of these people, many questions remain, such as how they find food, water, and shelter. One can only imagine the kind of conditions that these people must live through and the kind of spirit it takes to survive. For 20 year I trekked this unforgiving region always with a Leica in my hand, says Valli of the Himalayas. I remain captivated by the stunning landscapes and the kindness of the people. http://www.ericvalli.org/photography-eric-valli/ http://anthonylukephotography.blogspot.com//high-himalaya- https://mymodernmet.com/eric-valli-high-himalaya/ http://daftap.blogspot.com//caravans-of-himalaya-by-eric-v http://whalelifestyle.com//the-himalayas-and-beyond-trave/

04.01.2022 "A monk decides to meditate alone. Away from his monastery, he takes a boat and goes to the middle of the lake, closes his eyes and begins to meditate. After ...a few hours of unperturbed silence, he suddenly feels the blow of another boat hitting his. With his eyes still closed, he feels his anger rising and, when he opens his eyes, he is ready to shout at the boatman who dared to disturb his meditation. But when he opened his eyes, saw that it was an empty boat, not tied up, floating in the middle of the lake ... At that moment, the monk achieves self-realization and understands that anger is within him; it simply needs to hit an external object to provoke it. After that, whenever he meets someone who irritates or provokes his anger, he remembers; the other person is just an empty boat. Anger is inside me. " Thich Nhat Hanh
