22.01.2022 If you've been watching the olympics chances are you've seen the strange round bruises some Olympians are supporting. These bruises are as a result of Cupping. We often suggest cupping as a form of treatment to get you back to good health as fast as possible, and if you've ever had it done you'll understand why. Whether you are a grade A sportsperson, crossfitter, F45-er or weekend walker, chances are you'll have most likely encountered injury at some point in your life & cupping can be a great treatment form to nurture you back to good health. Just make sure you mention any upcoming events so we can tailor a treatment specific for you so you're not looking 'odd', unless of course that's what you're going for.

22.01.2022 July 1st marks #plasticfreejuly so we’ve decided to publicly participate to be more mindful of our impact on the environment and if we educate one person along the way, well, winning! One particular change we adopted long ago is refusing individual plastic guide tubes & blister packs, instead opting for bulk packs excluding the guide tubes. You can see in the third photo just how much plastic is used from only 5 needles as opposed to the bulk pack on the right which uses 20! ...On average we use 5,000 needles per month so multiply that photo on the left by 1,000 and the results are horrific. Whilst we would still go through 250 of the packs on the right and this isn’t great, it’s better than the alternative. If you notice your Acupuncturist is still using these individual packs, you could gently suggest the alternative. @ Body & Soul Acupuncture Clinic See more

22.01.2022 Cupping can be a great adjunct to acupuncture treatments for general back pain. The cups promote blood circulation and oxygenation of the muscles helping them to relax and release, melting away pain and tightness. When they're removed, we just so happen to think it's the best feeling!

21.01.2022 We did it! This year was tough with the rain but we managed to finish in under 20hrs ranking in 7th out of 150 teams, 4th overall with a full team. We're proud, and wrecked. Thanks to everyone for your support along the way, it meant a lot Time for some self treatments!
