25.01.2022 Constant ingesting of cold liquids and foods cause the stomach walls to contract (cold causes contraction) and creates a colder atmosphere in the hollow spaces of the body. Try a week or two of no cold, then introduce it again and feel how your body responds to ice water or cold foods, you may then notice the contracting effect it has on the body which can lead to digestive issues. (Especially the trendy cold smoothie movement. Ouch!)
