14.01.2022 Fixing a job due to the unit leaking water inside, the photos are before I touched it, this was installed by a cheap guy..."cowboy".

10.01.2022 I don't mind helping people out when they get issues with their air conditioning unit. But seriously when you go for the cheap guys, you get cheap work. Its cheap for a reason. My basic tools cost me over $6,000. So my workmanship like others in the trade will be good quality.... When someone says I know someone that installs air conditioning units for $350-$450. That's great but after a few months and your unit has issues, your next question is who can I get to fix it ? I say call the guy who installed it, you say he is to busy or you can't remember the business or number. Bullshit, he is too busy because he does not no what's wrong and also does not no how to fix it. Next his business was only a summer business name, next year it will be something different. His number has been disconnected. Why ? Because he was cheap...! I honour my workmanship and have a Australian certified ARC Licence known as: Certified by the - "Australian Refrigeration Council". We have a registered ABN, ask the ATO. And most of all we have insurance to cover ourselves and your home. That is why we are not as cheap as the guy doing for $350-$450 because they do not have the above, and if they hurt themselves on your property, they will claim on your insurance.

02.01.2022 This is what the hole is supposed to look like including your drain. Now finished it will not leak water inside + no need for a bucket. Customer said he will call me when it leaks again inside, sorry mate I'm not a "cowboy" like the guy you used to install it. Water runs down not up.
