18.01.2022 We love bringing a smile back. This patient wasn't happy with his 11,21. So we made him a Zirconia bridge from 12-21. Labial layered in Emax. We received a courtesy image after insert. (thank you Dr. Lai) Patient very happy with the end result. So are we.

18.01.2022 Try in.... Very happy with the colour. Only small changes to do. Single implant on 21, 23,24 implant bridge with pontic on 22. Have a nice weekend

11.01.2022 When a try in goes well . Patient loved the end result and so am I. Maryland bridge was only seated for colour check.

09.01.2022 This was a very intersting case. Thank you Hao Wil Tang for sending your patient down to me. I have seen this patient for a colour match. Restoring teeth 12-21, so... As you can see patient smile is very out of line . Tooth midline of patient was approximately 5.5mm towards patients right hand side. It actually looked so wrong, poor lady. Anyway, as the patient had already an old restoration on tooth 22/23 (implant on 23,pontic on 22). Wil decided to make one splinted bridg...e out of it.(12-23). But this would not solve the problem with the misplaced midline and arch. I had an idea, that I discussed with Wil. Why not get rid of 23 completely and at a canine on 13.? So instead restoring 12-23, let's do 13-22. That would bring the arch in and move the midline nearly centre. So we did... We made a cad cam frame work on 3 implant, restoring now teeth 13-22. Frame try-in was successful. After, I layered the frame with VM13 metal ceramic and send it back to the surgery. Last image was taken with a mobile phone. Patient was absolutely happy and so were we. 05.01.2022 I'm blown away how great it blends in. Thank you Jason for sharing your images. We have made a temp bridge from 42-32 using Vita multilayer pmma. Gc optiglaze was used to stain it. Thank you for trusting us with your case.

04.01.2022 Love a challenge, specially if I only work with images send. Apparently Patient was not to fuzzy about the colour, but I still tried to get it close as possible. I think it is a great result, ...mid - incisal area is slightly lighter, but give that the patient has everywhere in that area different colour showing, it looks very natural. Thank you Kevin for believing in my work and trusting me with your case. I would like to say also thank you for your images. They are outstanding. It makes it easy to modifier and match colours. Frame was made with a Cercon from Dentsply and layered with Emax Ceram.

04.01.2022 When a try-in goes well, we all smile! Patient actually was not sure wish tooth we actually made. That is a good outcome We made an Emax crown on the 12 and layered Emax powders and Emax selection powders. Happy Patient, happy dentist and very happy technician.
