19.01.2022 Just finished an awesome session training with these beasts! I feel extremely lucky to be working with such high level grapplers Who knows there could be something exciting happening in the near future!

13.01.2022 Another incredible day of learning yesterday! Picking up some amazing MMA techniques from Alexander "The Great" Volkanovski and Frank Hickman then doing a 2hr seminar with The Fight Dietitian team! There is so much world class information coming my way, I am struggling to keep it all in! I cannot wait to put it to some good use soon!

08.01.2022 So this weekend I finally got to witness and be a part of the dreaded "spider" workout. I had heard a lot of members at city kickboxing talk about this and wow it did not disappoint! It is the most intense workout I have ever witnessed and I gotta say I love it! I cannot wait until my name gets put down for a fight so I can be on the receiving end of this crazy workout

07.01.2022 First class at City Kickboxing today! I walk in the door and the first person I see is Israel Adesanya, he said hi, I said hmmyn I walk around the cornor and cannot believe all the amazing talent that was in the one room... I try not to fanboy out for the rest of the class but I am not sure on how I went there ... Needless to say the class was amazing and everyone was so incredibly nice, I cannot wait to learn and grow in such a positive environment, 2020 is going to be an amazing year!

05.01.2022 It feels a little bit like the end of an era saying goodbye to this crew I can remember when I first came back to Tassie and I specifically did not want to join up with another gym, the only thing I wanted to do was work with the top fighters in the state in as many gyms as possible. It started off being that way but as time went on and my "short stay" got extended it became clear that the best training for me was at 360 Martial Arts & Fitness. I met so many awesome people... here and watching Tracy and Ethan grow the gym from 1 room and a couple of jigsaw mats, to a full fitness facility with a cage and all the workout gear you could ask for was amazing! Things definitely did not go as planned with my "lone wolf" style of training but looking back now I wouldn't have it any other way. I am already looking forward to sharing a mat with you all again one day in the future

01.01.2022 Happy Valentine's day to the most amazing girl to ever walk into my life, out of all the reasons I have to have a smile on my face, you being with me is by far the best I find myself constantly feeling blessed to wake up next to you everyday and fall asleep beside you every night, I cannot wait to see what life has in store for us, but as long as we are together I know it will be amazing!
