13.01.2022 Another Sale. More Sold stickers up. VCAT selected me to oversee a very intricate situation. I was trusted to help a group of people, sell their property. ... I was made the arbitrator if a clear result was not reached. The Vendors and all of the legal people involved, including the VCAT appointed (independent) Conveyancer were satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the service provided. Mark called a typically seamless Auction, Quentin worked the crowd - continuing to talk to people long after the contract were filled out and Simon was everywhere he needed to be either calmly helping people conduct business, or seizing the moment to act due to his veteran instincts. The guys with me at the auction were a great help. All using experience and skill to step forward to get the job done, but giving space or privacy as needed. Most Salesmen would laugh if they held an exclusive Auction Authority stating, if needed, they could pick a reserve price and close the deal. Most would be smiling as they gloated at the easy commission. However I planned, scrutinized everything and carefully documented every facet of the work involved. I know most people in sales would not have taken the time, or cared for their responsibility as I did. Im proud to be different to other Agents. There are some that have more money, but are nearly bankrupt in other ways. If anyone wants to lease these retail locations in Footscray, or wants to discuss the development permitted here, Id be happy to help.
