17.01.2022 During the height of the good times over the years, plenty of small business owners really helped me such a long way forward and I’ll always be eternally gratef...ul. I thought everyday for the Month of October in light of small business owners doing it tough I would nominate a small business who has supported and helped me through life that now its time to pay it forward Its no secret I’ve struggled with weight fluctuations over the years, I’ve had some success with it, and tried plenty of different things to keep it in check but seemingly couldn’t keep the consistency (or maybe I didn’t have the will power to cut back on the grog and the fish & chips) I came back from Europe tipping the scales at 123 odd, and looked like I’d swallowed a mattress, I’m not one of those people that campaigns and tries to convince people big is beautiful, I was a fat fucking mess. Ethan Weston From East 2 West Fitness sat me down, came up with a program that had a healthy mix of nutrition, weights, cardio, and challenged me over a 12 week period to get my shit together. As I do with anything i’m explosive, I had a crack, went from body age of 46-17 body fat % 27%- about 11% and didn’t miss out on functions or other bits along the way. I have lots of friends and family who have achieved massive results with Ethan and his team, and when the gyms open and we start getting back to common sense, I’d hope that I was in a bit better shape than last but i’ll be getting straight back into because I simply enjoy it.
