20.01.2022 Tomorrow is our Adaminaby Public school MasterChef challenge. The little kids will have to use their senses (seeing, smelling and tasting) to select the winning team. Who will take out the title? Students are asked to dress fancy if you’re a judge or team colours if you’re a chef. Good Luck to all judges and contestants.

17.01.2022 To our hard working, dedicated community who gave up their time, energy and sweat to make sure our school was a jewel for Adaminaby to proud of in readiness for our 150th, you’ll be proud to know, it’s all still beautiful. Take a look at how spring has sprung so far. Lucky kids.
17.01.2022 One more sleep until term 3 kicks off! So many fun things planned for our learning this term. And we are ready for anything in this new Covid-19 world of uncertainty. We are continuing with our Covid restrictions from term 2 and thank our parents and community for your support and understanding. See you all tomorrow!
17.01.2022 What a terrific challenge! The Masterchef champions have been named. Congratulations to the Big Fat Pizza Yellow team of Patto, Kiki and Brodie whose delicious bbq beef pizza was a hit. A big shout out to the blue and red teams who were fantastic challengers and cooked up a storm to be proud of. The K-2 judges sure had their work cut out for them and were very professional with their responses. Special mention to Mrs Sullivan for preparing the chefs, Mr B for ensuring our pizza oven was at its peak performance and to Kerrie for pulling the entire event together. A fantastic end to a very big term.

14.01.2022 Our students are super creative! What can’t we do? In preparation for our public art exhibition later in the year, our students have learned the skills to create their own lino prints. We can print cards, fabric, boxes and paper of course. Mrs. Nuridin has been guiding us with her expertise the whole way and the kids have been loving it. Here’s a sneak peak. Beautiful job kids!
13.01.2022 We are at it again. This time we have the whole school camp at Jindabyne Sport n’ Rec for their outreach program. So very lucky. Here we are, Day 1:

10.01.2022 Day 3 of camp: so spoiled out here. Loved watching our students thrive outdoors under the watchful eye of the amazing staff at Jindabyne Sport and Rec, especially, Anna, Trevor, Ben and Kirsty. A big thankyou goes out to the whole team for the genuine care and support for us this year. The skills we see in our students include team work, support for one another, inclusiveness, mateship, tolerance and resilience. So proud. So grateful. Here they are with their final activity - survival skills.
10.01.2022 We would like to expand our pool of casual employees to help us out when necessary. Please see the information below. Expressions of Interest are due this Friday 24th July.

08.01.2022 It was a bumper filled last week of term 3. We held a special assembly to farewell Kiara and Marley that was attended by our Director, Educationsl Leadership, Mr. Duran. The leadership team held a sausage sizzle, mufti-day fundraiser for RUOK? We also had the year 3’s experiencing a NAPLAN-like test with the 2020 check-in assessment. Staff managed to come together on thankful Thursday to enjoy morning tea together and recognise our strong team effort to ensure Adaminaby students had a successful term in terms of outcomes and wellbeing. Awesome stuff! Well done kids. Wishing all of our community a very healthy and happy break. See you all on Monday 12th October for the start of our whopper term 4.
07.01.2022 Our friends at Sport and Rec have designed the most wonderful Outreach program especially for the kids in Adaminaby. The program started today and it was a big hit. How lucky are we! Thankyou Sport and Rec. Here are a few pics of the K-2 students enjoying themselves.

06.01.2022 COVID-19 Tests: Thank you for supporting the school in implementing the new NSW Health and Department of Education measures regarding COVID-19 testing. Please be advised that if your child is tested, and he/she receives a negative test result, the school will need to sight it please. You will need to wait for your confirmation email from the school before your child can return, and they must not be showing any flu-like symptoms.
04.01.2022 School camp, Day 2: started way too early for some of us . Big breaky followed by canoeing in the lake. Home for a hearty lunch and then off to pioneering (essentially making billy carts) and the orienteering. We have just had a massive dinner and now playing a few games in the rec hall. Tonight’s activity is a movie in our lodge so the younger ones and the tired ones can go to sleep early ready for more fun in the morning. The kids want to come to camp every week - who wouldn’t!
01.01.2022 It’s education week 2020 and the theme is Learning Together. We sure are feeling the love with Sport and Rec at it again today with us at school. We play lots of fun games and learn how to work as a team.
