And that’s just what PRD Hobart Bu...siness Manager Tony Arkie Collidge did when he set his Sales and Property Management Teams a challenge of achieving 100 new residential sales and 50 new properties to manages from 1st October to 24th December. After 83 days of banter, rule changes, goal post moving the challenge has been met and the team are set to have their best December in the company’s 31 year history. Every staff member will be receiving a little extra something for their effort but its results like this that show why this company was awarded this years REIT Best Large Residential Real Estate Agency Award for Tasmania.
